How?
Hello I am concerned about how often sellers put an item up for bids and at end of auction they cancel the winners order saying reason is its out of stock or damaged. Also I was asked how my cancellation experience was as if I had cancelled my order!

Mentor1 year agoWhen a seller files a cancellation for Out of stock/Damaged, ebay records a defect on their account. Too many defects and the seller can be restricted or suspended.
