House burned down and there is no way to contact eBay to cancel listings
I’ve just wasted about an hour and a half trying to get a hold of a representative at eBay. It appears that this is impossible, even under the worst of circumstances. Our home in Pacific Palisades burned to the ground this past week. I need to cancel listings… Without penalty… But eBay‘s Help system sends you in a circle of “you will never speak to a representative no matter what your circumstances are. “
does anyone know how to get a response from these people? I have enough on my plate without having to worry about this, and this is one of the worst reflections of companies trying to avoid a live customer contact that I have ever seen.

There is no penalty unless the item has sold .
