Buyers expect to receive the item they purchased. What was the reason why you refused to sell & ship the item?

I have always had auctions cancelled on me it’s no big deal. Mistakes happen all the time. Everyone is doing their best.
Things happen, and wasn’t able to ship, it was a penny one bid auction, not worth all the trouble as item was donated. But was accused of not shipping for wrong reasons and used untrue claims.
But platform could provide more options in canceling orders that way we can choose the more correct one.
