You're talking about the negative for the seafood gift card? You were the seller, not her. Have you contacted Customer Service to request that the feedback be removed? If you can convince a representative that "having to speak to Ebay" amounts to a reference to a case, then they could be justified in removing it.
However, there are rules either that I don't understand or that Customer Service follows capriciously. Sometimes they remove the entire feedback and it's like it never even happened, but other times they remove only the text of the remarks and leave the red doughnut.
