HORRIBLE Quality Control — Ebay Authenticity Guarantee
I have purchased two different raw sports cards (2 separate purchases) in the last couple weeks. They qualified for Ebay Authenticity Guarantee because they were higher end. I have received both from Ebay after being authenticated, and both I received arrived out of the sleeve and out of the card saver top loader and were loose in the blue magnetic holder case. Absolutely unacceptable on EBay’s end for both of these cards to arrive to me in this condition. Completely diminishes the value of these cards for grading. Going 2 for 2, back to back, both of these cards being completely loose bouncing around in the case through shipping is extremely frustrating and quite frankly **bleep**. This is completely EBay’s fault and must figure out a solution to this problem and get their quality control in order. This cannot continue to happen because it is royally screwing over the buyer (me) who is paying VERY GOOD money for a very good product.
Does anyone have any recommendations on how I should go about this/ handle it with Ebay. I don’t want to return the cards because I won them at auction for a good deal.
Any help would be much appreciated.
And for Ebay, please please figure your **bleep** out. Absolutely and completely unacceptable for this to happen back to back purchases within 2 weeks of each other.

I recommend contacting eBay customer service on social media to report this. The overseas phone agents won't understand what you are talking about.
