Horrible buyer
So I had a buyer purchase an item Saturday afternoon, after the postal service was closed , obviously not open Sunday either, I wake up this morning to several messages of the buyer demanding a refund now he kept saying, and he had already left me negative feedback!! Saying I keep customers money and don’t ship. It wasn’t even one business day, i appealed to eBay to remove feedback and they said no! How is this fair .
