honoring a warranty
Vevor ice machine only worked for a little under 2 months. Warranty says it is for 12 months. I have been going back and forth with the seller and have received zero help. We know whats wrong - it needs a new compressor but they will not even sell me parts.

Mentor2 years agoUnfortunately, eBay does not force seller to honor extended warranties, so they can not help you.
You might be able to get help from your credit card issuer. Call them and ask them to open a dispute for a defective item.
