So in buying mold from one of your sellers twice I have been dubbed first time I bought a mold for an ornaments and I was trying to buy the bottom and make a deal with him on the bottom cuz he had separated the bottom from the tops and selling them separately. I bought the tops and end up having the bottoms box somewhere else. Luckily because molds now are rare and you can't get them for certain ones. The second time I brought it to a direct for your goods. Attention that the box molds they were selling were separated from the top from the bottom so then they put a message to me saying they would check it out. They did put the box and top the bottom and top together and then recharged it even higher now. Ethically if you were buying an item you'd want the whole piece, not just part of it. A second time when I ordered that box that they had putting together, they text me and made a better deal on it. I went ahead and purchased it and then they went and sold me the bottom of another box and not the top. So I had to rush in and try to buy the top which that box cost me twice as much. I don't understand. This is how eBay does their stuff or if they let people get away with this. But when you buy a item you should get the whole item not just part of it. I really wanted to bring this to your attention because I feel I've been ripped off twice. I've tried to talk to direct about how they're doing that or the shipping and they are not easily worked with. Thanks for your attention. Debi
