Honesty in the process
I sold a couple of baseball cards over the summer here. After I shipped them, both buyers contacted me, saying they did not receive their cards. I ended up having to refund both, and I am out my cards. It was said that there was no proof that they had gotten their cards. But, there was no proof of that, other than their word. I feel like eBay has opened up the door for legalized theft. All the buyer has to do is say they didn't get the product they paid for, and the seller must refund the buyer. They may very well have the product. I don't like the way this is being done.

It looks like you shipped the cards via Ground Advantage. What did tracking say? If tracking showed delivery, you would not have had to refund. If tracking shows the packages were not delivered, then open an insurance claim here:

Be sure to ALWAYS upload your tracking # to the order transaction once you ship if you don't use eBay labels.
