The customer wantss to return when i listed as for parts not working i don't understand how they can return when listed that way ??

Mentor7 months agoIt would depend on what reason they are choosing for the return. If they have opened an "Item not s described" case then you are required to accept the return even with that condition description. this is not a policy that we as mentors agree with but we have no say in the matter.
If they did not open that case then you may be able to refuse the return but the buyer will be able to leave feedback for the purchase that you may not want to see.
