Home page dilemma
No more live on my home page.
If I wanted QVC I would go watch it . I think my home page ought to be what I want to have on it....and I am a man I am not interested in anything for womans fashion ,jewelry, makeup. And why do I have to change my settings every time . ? I will never buy from overseas and then wait for it to ship to me. If in the United States already and not 2000 miles away I usually will purchase.. please help

If browser, pick a different home page that does not have eBay Live on it; almost any other eBay page will do, and you should see links to navigate to other pages from there.
If you are using the eBay app, if you quit the app, then tap and hold the eBay app icon, you should have the option to go to your Watch List, Saved screen, or Search screen, bypassing the main eBay screen with the Live feeds.
If you are using the eBay app, you can lock your filter settings to only show results listed as shipping from the US.
Using a desktop browser, you may be able to use an add-on called "eBay item location - my country only" to limit results to items listed as shipping from the US.
But keep in mind that not all sellers ship from the location they cite.
Probably the best way to deal with sellers that misrepresent item location is to avoid them whenever possible.
Before ordering you should check the estimated delivery dates -- that is a good indication of how far away items actually ship from. Generic shipping options or DHL may be a sign of an international shipment. Also, going to a seller's profile page or feedback page will tell you where the seller's account was registered. Although some overseas sellers do use US warehouses to ship their items (and some registered US-sellers may employ drop-shippers), if a seller is registered overseas, that raises the likelihood of an item shipping from outside the US, particularly for multiple quantity commodity items. Checking seller feedback closely will often reveal if there are problems with long shipping times, canceled orders or other supply chain warning signs, particularly if buyers that encounter problems with drop-shippers leave feedback indicating that.
