Hi. We are writing to inform you about the order of which order number is 10-12475-57412. It was shipped by FEDEX with the tracking # 283680160942 to the customer and was delivered on December 27, 2024, Friday. We also received the delivery confirmation from the customer on eBay system. As the delivery term is "Local Pickup" we could not confirm shipping on eBay. So we kindly request you get this order "delivered" in our eBay account system. Thank you in advance.

We are members like you, so we can't do that. Unfortunately, customer service can not mark it delivered, either.

All you can do is mark as shipped - only the tracking can mark it delivered, and you can not enter tracking on a local pickup.
