Holds
I sold my prosthetic knee cuz I got a new one, I m disabled n live on tight budget that's why I sold it, so I have to mail it the way they specify , but there gonna hold my payment for the knee for 30 days , even tho Im shipping it priority mail which takes 4 days tops (1-4 days) . I think its a little excessive , customer being satisfied should be fair enough, so 7 days at the very most, what y'all think????

I'm a little confused. I see that your item sold yesterday and that you have the same item for sale today. Did you have two, or did the buyer ask you to cancel the sale?
If the sale fell through, then before relisting, make sure the initial sale was actually cancelled, or you may be charge selling fees for the uncompleted sale.

If the buyer asked you to cancel, you do have the option to offer the item to the next higher bidder. It's called a "second chance offer".

Mentor2 years agoIt's just because you are new. A buyer can open a return in 30 days, so the funds are held in case that happens. It's better than the funds being removed from your checking account. It will no longer happen once you are more established.

According to Ebay:
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer

As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
