Mentor2 years ago@vinrajni_4 If you had a problem with a recent purchase I can offer advice on what your options are to get your money back.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee protects buyers. There are time limits and you have to file the correct refund request. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described refund request AND 30 days when it's one day past the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request.
Once you file a refund request you ask eBay to step in after 4 business days if the seller has not refunded or sent a return shipping label.
