Holding profit until 3 days after delivery, who pays shipping then?

So my profit is being held until 3 days after said delivery and in the meantime I'm supposed to come up with money to ship this package? eBay used to collect money send it right to PayPal of course take their fefeesnd then as a seller I would package it and get a shipping label or take it to the post office and send it but I was already paid is that not how it works anymore?

Your funds can be held up to 30 days. Definitely expect a 30 days hold on items over $1,000.

If you purchase the shipping label through eBay, they should allow you to use some of the funds from the buyer to pay for the label.
