Holding my money after customers received item
I been on account restrictions for 8 days now and they initially said 5 days ..all it was I didn't upload the tracking fast enough so they wanted me to do that . Well not only has it been uploaded the customers received there items and they still won't release my money for the item I sold and shipped and got delivered. It's 4 orders too not just one ..but they won't respond to any my emails and customer service just keep saying 72 hours ..but they say it everyday ..like the initial email states " we will review your account and will reviewed within 5 days . It's been 8 days now and not one single response or anything from eBay ..

According to Ebay: New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer

OP2 years agoI done sold multiple things and was able to get my money but the it says in the email that it will done within 5 days ..and I need my money because the customers got there items so eBay has no right to hold my money anyway .

Did you READ what I posted above, which is from Ebay's help pages? Ebay DOES have the right to abide by their own procedures & rules.
When you list & sell on Ebay, you agree to abide by Ebay's rules which includes payment holds for new sellers.

OP2 years agoBut I'm not a new seller and got paid form them numerous times ..the customers got there items so why would they hold my money . It's pissing me off and I can't get them to respond to me at all
