Hold on funds, product has been delivered

Hold on funds, product has been delivered to customer, tracking info proves it, what is the hold up on the release of the funds ?

You have a low activity Selling account so eBay places funds on hold for up to 30 days ... this is done with new Sellers too and has nothing to do with account longevity or Feedback history: Payments on hold | eBay

eBay has been doing this for years and it is part of their ongoing account security practice. As sales increase the holds can be dropped.
