Hold case for 10 days.
I didn’t get my order so I ask eBay for help.They step in after 4 days but same day they hold me for another 10days without refund. What to do now.

When this happens, it means the Seller provided tracking to eBay that the item is still in transit and that eBay confirmed that it's on it's way.
If this is USPS, you can go to their site and request tracking updates via text.
