Ho list an item that weighs under an ounce.
Hi
I sell items that weigh under an ounce. The problem I have is that if I am selling 1000 pcs and it's all bought the shipping weight is 1000 ounces! That's 63 pounds for a package that only weights 5 pounds. Now guess what the customer has to pay for? The 63 pound price because I cannot list the proper individual unit weight. I have gotten around that buy canceling the order and relisting as a 1000 pc for a set price and using the correct total weight. This confuses the customer because they now already won the item and paid for it and I had to wait for eBay to return the customers money before I can relist it and they can buy again.
Is there a way to list the item weight for under an ounce?
