Historical negative feedback
Can't get through to anyone on eBay so I'm hoping someone can help here. I sold a sofa about 6 months ago to a guy who was really difficult to deal with in terms of price and collection. Regardless, he came to get the sofa and had a chance to look at it, make sure he was happy, discuss any issues etc. After he'd taken the sofa, only then did he start to complain about literally anything and everything about it and ask for a refund. I declined and said that I would pass it on eBay if he wasn't happy as he'd had ample opportunity to review the item before he took it. I thought the matter was resolved but I recently saw he'd left a scathing review on my account and it was too late to request he withdraw it. There doesn't seem to be any other option to report the buyer to eBay or take steps to remove this completely biased and inaccurate feedback and I'm unable to get in contact with a person at eBay to discuss. Has anyone been in this position before and has a solution to this problem? Any suggestions would be much appreciated, even if it's just a swift method of getting in contact with eBay?
