High return rate
I noticed my return rate is 4.3% because buyers open an INAD but the item arrives back to me just fine. The buyers are taking advantage of the returns to not have to pay return shipping. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I believe it is affecting my sales. Thank you

Mentor5 months agoI looked at 3 of your active listings. 2 of them had a no returns policy, 1 had a 14 day return policy. It is much better to have a 30 day return policy, in which case you accept returns for any reason. More buyers would submit a valid reason for the return instead of stating Not as Described, so that return rate would not be as high.
