High international return fee
I purchased a puffer coat from seller Apapp023. Coat not fit so I sent a message within 30 days from time of purchase asking for a return and refund. I was told to repackage and return it to sender of my choice before 2-5-24. I went to USPS, was told the cheapest amount to send to seller (located in China) was $65. That’s way too high for a coat that cost $42. I sent message to seller explaining the high price. They sent message askingâ€Don’t you like it?†I Sent message to them saying no due to size and have never heard back from seller. Is there a way I can get my money back from eBay or seller without spending $65 to send back a coat that cost $42?

OP2 years agoI chose “did not fit†but along with not fitting, the coat did not look like the picture I saw online. The coat I received is orangish red instead of the deep red coat that was in the picture and the pockets are placed too high on the coat: pockets are at the side of my ribs instead of at my hips.

Mentor2 years ago@ms.pamelprocto0 You can try contacting customer service but I don't think that they can change the return reason to not as described since you chose a remorse reason ( doesn't fit) If you close this return you can't open a new one.

I know that this is frustrating but the seller doesn't have to pay return shipping if you select doesn't fit as the return reason. That is considered buyers remorse so you have to pay return shipping.
If there was a problem with the item and it was somehow not as described then if you chose that reason on the return request then the SELLER has to pay return shipping or refund 100% if they don't want to pay return shipping before endiosen the item back.
What exact reason did you select on the return request?
