High Bid- Item Not Won
From everything I can tell I had the high bid on an item last evening when the bidding closed, but it simply disappeared from my feed and wasn't added to my list of purchases. I went back via the link from an email and confirmed I had the high bid and it's no longer listed on the seller's site. Does anyone know what may have happened?

Mentor2 years agoThat listing appears to have sold for $15.50 to a bidder with three feedback (though perhaps that feedback number is not up-to-date).

If you are the winner, you should be able to see your username on the bid history page, provided you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to bid.
There apparently was a retracted bid from a user with four feedback -- was that you? The retracted bid for $18 is shown at the bottom.
If you recently changed your username, this can cause some odd problems. Try signing out of your eBay account and then signing back in to allow the changes to fully propagate. Then view those pages again.

·2 years agoUsually those with this complaint either:
Did not meet the seller's Reserve Price (listing will say "Reserve not met" under the price).
Tied with an earlier bid of the same amount, and ties go to the earlier bid.
We would need the item number (or copy and paste the link from your email) to see what actually happened.
