Mentor2 years agoDo you mean a "Reserve"?

Reserve fees can be expensive, and are optional listing upgrades which means the seller pays the fee even if the item does not sell.
You may be better off starting the bidding at the minimum price you are willing to accept rather than using an expensive reserve amount.

Mentor2 years ago@gcestep. I believe that you are referring to a Reserve price.
I don't recommend using Reserve price as it's an optional listing upgrade fee of 7.5% that is due even if the item doesn't sell. This fee is in addition to final value fees.
Buyers also don't like Reserve price auctions and it encourages " sport bidders " to bid to see what your Reserve price is.
You should just start your auctions at a price you'll be happy with if you get just one bid.
