What happens when you try to sign in using your computer?

Make sure you are signing in to the same eBay account with the same username and password.

Go to ebay.com and use the sign in link in the upper left to rule out a problem with a bookmark or a link that is not redirecting properly.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
