Hi! The seller can’t find the item at her house and can’t send it to me. She doesn’t know how to re.
The seller is an old lady. She can’t find the item she sold to me. It’s ok, but she doesn’t know how to refund my money. She wants that I canceled this transaction and did refund. How to make it work?

Mentor2 years agoSeller has to cancel from their end. The option is in the drop down menu next to the item. Otherwise you would need to wait till the estimated delivery date and open a Item Not Received dispute.
