Does ebay offer a third party verification?Prior to shipping ?

I'm nervous to ship a expensive item without ebay verifying the idem

I once shipped an item . That buyer disputed

And call their credit card company to stop the payment

I had to go to small claims court, which was a real hassle . I'm trying to find out if ebay offers their party Verification

There are some items that go to a 3rd party for authentication before being shipped to the buyer.
