Hi, I've recently bought an Xbox controller on eBay but it had the wrong address
I contacted the seller immediately after asking them if they could change the shipping address or cancel the order, then I sent a cancellation request, an hour later they declined and 15 or 10 minutes later I get a notification that it was already shipped, I checked and it said it hasn't even been shipped. I've been in contact with USPS and they said it wasn't in their inventory, contacted the seller again they told me it's been shipped, tried contacting eBay to help and it didn't really do much, what should I do?
