I have a problem is my first sell in the platform, but I have a problem, I have the label but the buyer send me a message the address register in the platform is incorrect he have a new address So what do I do?

OP5 months agoThank you very much fashionsandbeauty I'm going to do that, because the client sent me their correct address directly—but if I enter that address, I would end up paying for the shipping, and that wouldn't be right. Thanks.

Let the Buyer know that eBay requires that you ship to the exact address in the Order Details and ask if they want to cancel and repurchase once they have corrected their address on eBay.
