hi, im tryin to purchase an item
The Item is listed as one price to sell. not listed as a send best buy offer to seller .....i messaged the buyer with a price in mind to buy, ......seller sent me buy offer for 234.00 ...this offer expired ,..... seller then messaged me said they can go as low as 219.99...i then asked the seller if he can send me another buy offer of 219.99 so i can purchase item . ....seller then said Ebay won't allow them to send any offers at this time ...my question is can they send me another offer or am i getting the run around cause seller probably changed his mind? any help would be appreciated thanks.

Mentor9 months agoYou can send the seller an offer from the listing page if it is still available.
Offers/counteroffers should be sent from the listing, not through messages.
