Hi! I was sold fake items. Also the same vendor was posing as different vendors. Help
Same seller posing as different vendors, I bought items from the same person thinking they were different vendors. I received the items the same day in one package. What is the fastest way to resolve this and get my money back. How can I contact eBay and explain this when the customer service is a robot?

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
The return process explanation that follows does NOT require direct contact with eBay.
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

Mentor8 months ago@andrad-245 I just wanted to add to @mr_lincoln's excellent advice... you do need to file a separate return request for EACH item from the accounts they were purchased from.
