Hi, I was not refunded the postage that I paid on receiving an item ...Ebay said that they would refund me that in 3-5 days, but didn't ...I had them call me and look into it, but the line dropped after 25 minutes and am not able to speak to an agent again. Who can I call for help ? Thanks, George
