Hi, I wanted to ask for info on my case please?
Due to that my performance went below, so they restricted my store to list only 135 items. I have over 800!!!! Does anyone know how long this restriction will be for????? I can’t get any answers from the help app. Thank you

You are evaluated every month on the 20th, on a rolling 12 months. So the restriction will depend on how quickly you can get back above standard.
Go to your dashboard and open the monthly breakdown to see when the defects occurred, and when they will roll out of the 12 month calculation. You can figure out how much you need to sell in each of the next few months to get your defects below 2%.
