If the seller is not responding, first check the order details in your Purchase History to see the latest tracking updates:

If the estimated delivery date passes and the item has not arrived, you can open an Item Not Received request and eBay will step in if needed:

Sometimes sellers are slow to respond, but the tracking information in the order details is usually the best place to check the current status first.
