If you shipped it Media Mail and didn't insure it, you're out of luck filing a claim with USPS.

Mentor3 years agoIf you used a service that included insurance or you purchased insurance, have the buyer send you a photo of the box and note from USPS and include if in a claim on USPS.com. Regardless you will need to refund the buyer.
