Hi! I shipped a package and then realized the weight was incorrect and voided the lab
How can I purchase a new label with the correct weight? Please and thank you.

Mentor2 years agoIf you already shipped the package, purchasing a new label won't help, and you should not have voided the old one. However, USPS will now just not refund your original label, and if the error is caught will back charge your account for the difference.
