A delivery issue where tracking shows us that the delivery or handling time expectations were met
A delivery issue where a natural disaster or unexpected event caused a carrier delay
A customs or tax issue outside the sellerâ€™s control that we could identify

Use the request to remove feedback.

It's not guaranteed but you did meet the delivery expectation. And the buyer references that in the feedback.

(you are correct here, the buyer is the one that is responsible for providing the correct address)
