Hi I just ordered and paid for a new iPhone on eBay for my daughter and now the seller is unregister
Ordered a new iPhone on eBay when I go to order details it still says it hasn’t shipped, the seller says it’s now an unregistered user and now when I click on original post the phone it says page no longer found,…. Did I get scammed should I just cancel this sale or wait it out

Mentor4 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
