hi I had a caculated shipping that ebay did not charge enough
How is it you buy a caculated fee for shipping , and ebay makes a mistake , and will not refund me the money. I had all measurements correct, so they seem to think b/c the post office changed their fees which is not even happening till July 13th , I should pay more for shipping , they claim that is a problem with usps not ebay . They charge enough for fees that they can not even give me back the overage i paid on ebay for the package, and this was not usps fault its ebay's fault

I want to be sure that you are printing your labels or QR codes at home.
If you take a package to the Post Office, they will always charge more. eBay has discounted rates for sellers, and calculated shipping is based on the discounted rates.

granted this was only 19 cents but this happen three times the last two I let it go they charge enough in their fees . Wait and the agent at ebay told me instead of doing 4 ozs I should round it up to one pound , most absurd answer I ever heard . No one would ever buy it , and know I was over charging for shipping then ok thankyou can I do anything about this ? it's not the money its the point that caculated shipping should be correct

Mentor1 year ago@workout789 I was on my cellphone earlier so couldn't elaborate easily.
I wanted to double check to see if you made the mistake that many sellers make and entered a flat shipping charge. As you already you know you didn't make that mistake if this is the listing>

You can choose not to pass on the eBay shipping discount to buyers in account settings: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
Or add a small handling fee to calculated shipping listings. I add a .50 cents handling fee to help cover the .40 cents order fee and the cost of the envelope.
