Hi I contacted ebay agent but this agent are in asia and don't help US customer
tried 4 times this week to contact agent to report problem to bulk edit mi listing
the bulk edit only reply with errors tried with 4 different computers and edge or chrome same issue all time
I tried to remove segond ebay categories to same money due to the very low sales on ebay this 3 last months
but the system reply with errors and do not allow me to remove the second category
ALSO the ASIAN agent are very incompetent and only says nonsense reply like a ignorant child
I am tired to explain again and again the issue
I pay a lot of fees but eBay don't care ... ebay need to improve a make a way to contact USA smart tech
to help USA user to solve issue ... disappointed lately with ebay someone need to take action and solve the multiple ebay bugs ... thanks Nel
