Hi, buyers in Germany and England say they can't see the Ebay International shipping price.
I don't have these countries excluded.

Not all items can ship to all locations due to country specific import restrictions and restrictions of the eBay International Shipping Program.
If the country is not on the long list of ship to countries on the listing then that means the item is excluded from shipping, not the country.
On RARE occasions an item is falsely blocked due to a keyword and rewording the title/ listing lets it ship. The item will not have ANY ship to countries if the ITEM is blocked.
If you share the item number I can take a look if ALL countries are blocked.

OP5 months agoThanks for the help. You are correct. The problem was the description. It was a toy Marklin 1934 coastal gun in tin. The word "gun" knocked it off Germany and England's list. Changed the word to "cannon" and it went through fine. Thanks again!

Another word that EIS doesn't like is LOT. Just something to keep in mind.
