Hey I have a problem it won't let me bid on stuff anymore because it says of upaid items, well I won stuff & paid for some then won more & I had a family emergency bc of a death In the family and I asked them to pls cancel and I explained why & told them I will still leave you a positive feedback and some replied and said I'm really sorry and they would cancel that they understand & right now there is only 2 unpaid items and I've contacted both and one said that they didn't know how to cancel & that I had to & I told them no that you have got to cancel bc I tried and it said it was to late to for me to cancel & the other one hasn't answered me but I have bid and paid for everything I won except this one time bc of the emergency I need to be able to bid bc I bid on stuff to buy for my kids, family & friends for gifts

·2 years agoHi @kabar_4530 You can appeal unpaid cancellation records. See the list of reasons allowed for appealing, and the list of what you'll need for an appeal:

Many sellers won't sell to you if you have 2 or more unpaid items on your buying record. After a year the unpaid items will no longer count against you.
