Hi I was wondering if anyone knows how I can get to bid on items again bc it won't let me bid on items bc of some upaid items & every item I won & had to cancel I explained to them bc I had a family emergency and explained what was going on & told them I would leave them a positive feedback I never once won a bid & not contact the owner I need to bid on stuff

A seller is under no obligation to cancel a transaction at your request for any reason. S/he can wait the 4 days and cancel for non-payment, no matter what excuse you give.

·2 years agoIt’s not eBay that has you blocked. Sellers are able to set their buyer requirements to block users with 2 or more unpaid item strikes in the previous 12 months. When enough age off that you only have one, you can bid again.
You should still be able to purchase Buy It Now items, and not all sellers will have the block set, so you can try to find one that doesn’t.
