This is a circus. I go around and around with no real help. I continue to state I am being charged $1174 for something that was not ordered by me and which I never received. Why is that so hard to understand? The seller has the merchandise and wants me to pay for it. WHY? I any my credit card credited back!!!!!’

If the item was not purchased with your eBay account, call your credit card issuer and report your card compromised. They will freeze the card, issue a new one, and dispute the charge with eBay.
eBay can not give you any information on transactions not made through your account or a guest with your email address.
