Help with wrong label weight

Question

I have the wrong weight in a shipping label my item sold how can I fix the label ? Listed as 2 lbs but item is 5.5 lbs

If you have not yet printed the label, you can fix it on the label print screen.

If you have already printed the label, but not shipped it, you can go to the Seller Hub>Orders>Shipping Labels screen, find the item, cancel the label & reprint it, after fixing the info. USPS will issue you a refund for the unused label, but it will take 2-3 weeks.

If you have already shipped it, there isn't really anything you can do, but is quite likely that USPS's APV Automated Package Verification system will catch it & the difference will be charged to your eBay account.
