Help with ups insurance claim on ebay for seller

Question

I shipped a ups lable with ebay shipping and added insurance -- It was shipped 2nd day air 13 days ago

and has been stuck in same location according to tracking for 11 days . I want to file a claim so they

investigate and dont seem to be able to . Can some one help

so, did u contact UPS since it is them, not ebay, that are in possession of your pkg
