Help with sold item
Customer wants me to cancel an item because of the shipping which we told them we would ship for free and they have already already paid but they’re still wanting me to cancel it. How can I get a hold of Ebay so I don’t get stuck with this item

Mentor8 months ago@nothenorm. If they are ok with free shipping then go to the sold item and select send refund from the drop down menu next to the item. Check with the buyer first if this is a satisfactory solution.
If they are not happy with that solution then cancel as buyer requested and issue a full refund.
eBay customer service can not offer any other solution.
