Help with shipping my first international order...
When filling out the customs form it asked me the weight of my item which is 8 oz. I put in 8 oz in it. Automatedly turns it into 1 lb 8 oz and says it's not compatible with my sale and I cannot go any further.. I do not know what I'm doing wrong. I'm typing in 0 lb and 8 oz but it keeps auto populating 1 lb.

Mentor1 week agoI haven't shipped internationally in a very long time, but I recall entering the weight of the item, as well as the weight of the package.
