Help with shipping issue
2 pkgs shipped weather put the items a little bit behind date but then the buyer kept rescheduling shipment and not being available. Says there was to many restrictions all he had to do was sign. Now he wants his money back. Should I refund his money or contact eBay. Item still hasn't arrived bc he hasn't been available for the days he rescheduled them forĀ
