Help with setting up account for a non profit

I am trying to set up an Ebay account for a non profit organization. I would ideally like the account to belong to the organization and not to any one individual in case of staff turnover.

Ebay agents don't seem to be able to tell me how to do this. If the individual who sets up the account must be connected to the account it seems they can not be removed and replaced. Only added team members seem to be able to be removed. Any insight on this would be appreciated.

In this scenario, eBay for Charity accounts are like any other eBay account. The "owner" cannot be removed or transferred.

I have been selling on eBay for a nonprofit for 14 years. Our owner is still with our museum. But all eBay email goes to her.

I do know that when eBay switched to Managed Payments, it took over three weeks to get our account approved. The information about the Charity that eBay legally requires needs to be exactly ðŸ’¯.
